A small college in a small, picturesque town in Texas has a frightening secret.

A secret that no one on campus suspects.

Unknown to anyone, vampires exist and thrive in a sorority house on campus.
The Delta Omega Alpha house. They co-exist in peace with the town and campus.

House mother Liz Bathory wants to keep it this way.

Everything is fine until one evening, a rogue vampire shows up – Yvette Tesar. Tall. Blonde.
Striking. The type of beauty that has inspired artists for millennia. She doesn’t walk.

She slithers.

A body is found the next day, and the campus is on alert for the killer. The victim is a barmaid at a local pub. This gets the attention of disgraced professor Frank Renfield. Frank thinks of himself as a vampire slayer.

Frank teams with the guys of Alpha Epsilon frat to hunt down this vampire. Target: The Delta O House.

Frank enters the DOA house and is immediately taught an important lesson: Vampires CAN go out in daylight.

Barely escaping with his life, but placed under Liz’s spell, Frank is tasked by Liz to hunt down and contain Yvette. Destroying the older vampire might place the rest of the vampires in jeopardy.

It’s said destroying the original vampire will result in the others being destroyed. Since Yvette created Liz, this is a real existential threat to the entire sorority.

Thus, Frank sets off on a mission to track down and destroy Yvette before her killing spree exposes ALL the vampires.
